At Saliah Foods, we take great care to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition to the shipping address provided. We aim to offer a smooth and reliable delivery experience.


📦 Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier availability.


📩 Quality Concerns on Arrival

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us at consumer@saliahdates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate a claim for replacement or exchange, kindly include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product(s) in question

Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims without proper documentation will not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.


🚫 Non-Delivery Responsibility

Saliah Foods is not responsible for failed deliveries under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect or outdated shipping address is provided

  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • A revised or updated delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt


🔄 Replacements & Refunds

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt via consumer@saliahdates.com.

Once the request is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacements will be dispatched within 2–5 working days

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 10 to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Eligible Conditions for Replacement or Refund

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or expired

  • An incorrect item was shipped
