Refund policy

Return Policy – Saliah Foods

We guarantee that all our products are delivered in perfect condition to the shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us at consumer@saliahdates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a detailed description along with supporting photographs to request a replacement or exchange.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for re-shipment.

Saliah Foods is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated shipping address

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Failure to provide an updated delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt


Replacements & Refunds

All replacement or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team at consumer@saliahdates.com.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacement items will be shipped within 2–5 working days

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note: Refunds may take 10 to 30 working days to reflect in your account.

A replacement or refund will only be issued if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product received is defective or expired

  • An incorrect item was shipped
